Q1- Check-in and check-out time? Can I check in if I arrive late at night? Can I check-out early in the morning?
A- Check-in time starts at 15:00, if you arrive early we are happy to check your luggage at our lobby first. Check-out time is 11:30 at the latest, if you would like to check-out late it will lead to an extra surcharge of NT$300 per hour delay fee (please confirm with front desk first). The front desk is open 24 hours a day and there are counter staff at your service anytime so either checking-out early morning or checking-in late at night you are in good hands.
 
Q2- Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out? After check-out I will return for check-in again in a few days. Can I store my luggage during the gap period?
A- We provide free luggage storage for 3 days (72 hours) before and after check-in/check-out. If you are returning to the hotel again free storage is provided to the new check-in date. If you would like to leave your luggage more than 3 days it will lead to an extra surcharge of NT$200 per day.
 
Q3- Children and extra beds? Can I rent a baby cot?
A- One child under 5 years can stay free of charge when using existing beds. Hotel Relax group does not provide extra beds or baby cots but a baby bath tub can be provided. Children over 5 years (including 5) will lead to an extra surcharge of NT$880 per night. Maximum number of extra persons in a room is one. If there is a second person there will be an extra surcharge of NT$880 per day.
 
Q4- Shipping instructions for delivery of boxes and parcels to our hotel?
A- When sending packages, the following information should be noted on the package:
1. Guest Name. (Same as your booking name.)
2. Confirmation number. 
3. Check-in Date.
※Please specify the delivery date of the item within 3 days before check-in or the day you will check-in.
※The hotel does not accept items mailed cash on delivery or items that need to be frozen or refrigerated.
※If the parcel delivery date is 72 hours (3 days) before the check-in date NT$100 surcharge will apply.
 
Q5- Does the hotel provide parking?
A- The hotel does not provide parking. If you need parking our partner Chang Yang Parking provides discount parking on Huaining Street next to the hotel (no guaranteed parking space).
 

 

Q6- Is there laundry service in the hotel?
A- A guest laundry room is available. Coin-operated washers and dryers each take five NT$10 coins for each wash/dry and detergent is provided free of charge at the front desk.
You can exchange banknotes for coins at the front desk.
